Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, so taking this step already says a lot about your willingness to grow. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and patterns that can feel hard to break. If you’ve ever felt stuck in the same cycles or unsure why certain things keep coming up, you’re not alone — and that’s exactly the kind of work we can explore together.
I believe healing begins with meaningful connection. My work with cancer patients and their families has deeply shaped my understanding of pain, loss, resilience, and the complexities that relationships face during times of crisis. I support adults of all ages in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, and relationship concerns, offering both compassionate guidance and practical, effective tools for growth and healing.
My journey into mental health began with a deep interest in the intersection of human behavior and emotional resilience.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults going through life transitions and experiencing trauma. My current practice includes individual treatment helping adults with anxiety and depression, self-esteem/confidence, grief, trauma and life transitions.
Finding a therapist with whom you connect with is important.
Over the past 14 years, I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, community clinics and public school settings. These experiences have shaped my belief that therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" process, but rather a collaborative partnership built on trust and evidence-based strategies.
I hold a Master of Social Work from California State Long Beach as well as a Bachelor of Social Work from Azusa Pacific University.

My name is Jaskirn Johal-Dhillon, and I am a bilingual mental health therapist who speaks both English and Punjabi. I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fresno. I am passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds and helping them reconnect with their authentic selves so they can lead the life they choose to live.
