Hi there. I am Dr. Dinkins. I have been a Licensed Psychologist for many years. I love people and hearing every person's life story.
Hi, I’m Roletha Cathy, LCSW-S, a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor based in Texas. I bring over a decade of experience supporting adults through seasons of transition, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can exhale, reflect, and rebuild. I integrate evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based techniques, while also remaining sensitive to each client’s unique cultural and spiritual background.
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, infertility, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, and high-achieving individuals who carry a lot for others but struggle to care for themselves in the same way.
I also provide clinical supervision for LMSWs working toward LCSW licensure. My goal—whether in therapy or supervision—is to help people feel empowered, centered, and equipped with tools that last beyond the session.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a solid background in evidence-based care, combined with genuine compassion and a commitment to helping my patients overcome challenges and improve their quality of life. Over the past eight years, I have worked with children, teens, and adults on various mental health issues. My research experience covers topics like disordered eating, self-esteem, and media influences, which helps me understand how external factors affect mental health. Most importantly, I see therapy as a partnership built on trust, respect, and your unique strengths and experiences.
I earned my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University New England, along with Master degrees in Clinical Psychology and Media Studies, and a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA. My experience includes APA-accredited placements at respected institutions, including the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center and the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System. I have also done training in assessments, counseling, and residential treatments for children and families. I currently run a private practice at Inspired Minds Psychological Services PLLC and support Veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs, which is deeply meaningful to me. I am licensed to practice in Florida and Texas.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), an evidenced-based therapy used in treating PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other distressing life events. Finding a therapist is an extremely personal experience. I work to ensure you are comfortable with our therapeutic relationship, and if not, I offer referrals to other therapists who may be a better fit.
It is my goal to help clients understand their diagnosis, set goals of what coping looks like, and establish a strong and healthy support system. I also focus on healthy living skills, which entails balancing social and emotional well-being. My belief as a therapist is for each client to see steps of progression leading towards their obtainable goals.
Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes, we all need a little extra support. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and neurodiversity-related challenges. Whether you’re struggling with racing thoughts, persistent worry, emotional ups and downs, or difficulty focusing, I’m here to help you build the skills and confidence to navigate life with greater ease.
I am dedicated to providing compassionate, bilingual (English / Native Spanish) psychotherapy to clients who are navigating life’s most challenging moments, especially those dealing with anxiety, depression, major life transitions (such as cancer diagnosis, grief, trauma). I specialize in working with individuals and their families, supporting them in navigating emotions, distress, and resilience during challenging times. I provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can process emotions, develop coping skills, and find strength in the face of adversity.
