I specialize in treating anxiety in its many forms—panic, phobias, trauma-related distress, and the persistent worries that interfere with daily life. My practice welcomes adults, adolescents, and older adults across all identities and abilities. I offer a grounded, inclusive space where clients can safely explore the roots of their anxiety and develop practical tools for emotional regulation. Using a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help clients shift unhelpful thought patterns and restore a sense of calm, clarity, and resilience.
I am a LMFT since 2016 after completing my Masters from Antioch University, Culver City, CA.
Do you find yourself stuck in patterns of unhappy relationships, financial worries or feeling unsettled? I offer CBT tools to reframe negative thoughts and overthinking, build self esteem and confidence and ways to transform core belief. I offer mindful listening through life's challenges, such as, loss of a loved one, or any transitional issue that brings on anxiety, depression, or any other imbalance.
I am strongly committed to supporting my clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each person's individual process.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus. I work with individuals, families, and business leaders to strengthen relationships, whether personal or professional. Certified in evidence-based therapies, I’m dedicated to fostering growth, improving communication, and building meaningful connections for individuals, couples, and organizations.
Hello! Thank you for considering me as a potential therapist. I have worked in social services related occupations for over thirty years. I am humbled daily and appreciate working with people wherever stage they are in their life.
Hi there and welcome! My name is Michelle, and I'm glad you found your way here. Life has a way of introducing anxiety, stress, trauma and grief when we least expect it. I'm here to support you in returning to a place where you feel safe, self aware, and empowered. I believe we all have the capacity to be self-healers. I've worked in several realms of healing and medicine for more than 12 years, and I approach my therapeutic connections with warmth and curiosity. I lovingly encourage you to come as you are. My goal is to know you, not change you, and support whichever problems you feel ready to address with a transparent and authentic presence.
I have experience working with adults, teens, groups, couples, families, and first responders and military, in managing struggles that come with depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, addiction, self acceptance and identity questioning, grief, adjustment issues, interpersonal concerns, and women's, LGBTQIA+, or BIPOC issues.
We will work toward your goals using trauma-informed, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and gestalt therapy with plenty of education along the way. Regular feedback is important to see what patterns are running the show on a subconscious level. I believe everyone deserves the chance to live their lives in their truest form, with care, respect and self-empowerment.

Hello and welcome! There is so much I want to share with you!
I acknowledge that finding a therapist can sometimes feel overwhelming because you want to find a good fit, someone who “gets” you, so I thank you for being here.
I identify as a Latinx, cis gender woman, feminist, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ ally, and spiritual. I am the granddaughter of immigrants from Mexico and the daughter of working class parents. Before coming to Marriage and Family Therapy, I earned a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies, and wrote my thesis on the jurisprudence of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I am aware of the dominant societal structures, narratives, expectations and pressures that can impact your story and how you live it. I look forward to being alongside you as you write a preferred story – one that is fully authored by you.
Prior to focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy, I worked for close to nineteen years in higher education leadership, advising and mentoring college students at a public university in Southern California. The relationships I fostered with students and the stories they shared with me inspired me to move into Marriage and Family Therapy. Like my work with the students, my therapy work is filled with compassion, empathy and understanding. And while there may sometimes be difficult conversations and tears in our work, I also invite in laughter, lightness and joy.
I am currently scheduling online and in-person appointments. I am available Mondays- Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Hi! I'm Violeta Stephanie Arrazola.
