Navigating life’s challenges can be overwhelming, and it’s my passion to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can flourish.
I’m a therapist who’s passionate about helping people find freedom from the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addictions — and all the messy stuff that can come with them. My background is in psychology and social work, and along the way I’ve trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as DBT, IFS, CBT, and EMDR. Basically, I like having a lot of tools so we can figure out together what works best for you.
At the heart of my work, I believe healing happens through real connection and the courage to be vulnerable. My role is to walk alongside you through the hard, scary parts so you don’t have to face them alone. My hope is that together we’ll untangle what’s been holding you back so you can reconnect with your path, your purpose, and your own free spirit.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I provide secure telehealth counseling services to clients across the state.
I bring extensive experience from both clinical and educational settings, including special education and school counseling. This background allows me to address the connection between emotional well-being, behavior, and learning.
I
I work with people who are used to handling things on their own but are starting to feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or mentally drained. From the outside, things may look fine, but internally it’s getting harder to keep up the same pace without feeling it.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston. I’ve worked across both medical and behavioral health settings, so I’m comfortable navigating real-life situations and helping you get clear on what’s actually going on.
I’m lighthearted and easy to talk to, but also direct and intentional. I don’t overcomplicate things, and I pay attention to what matters.
