As a therapist my goal is to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental space for clients to share thoughts and feelings openly. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and have 10 years of experience treating children and adults.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts with dual graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania—an M.S.Ed. in Mental Health Services and an M.S.PHL in Professional Counseling. I’m passionate about supporting individuals through challenges related to anxiety, trauma, and relationships. My multicultural background and specialized training in evidence-based practices for emotion regulation and trauma-informed care inform my compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. I offer evening sessions Mon–Thu for adults after work and after-school sessions for kids/teens, in-person or online.
I am a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who offers compassionate, trauma-informed medication management within a warm, collaborative space. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma-related symptoms, and periods of transition, and I deeply value creating a sense of safety and understanding in the therapeutic relationship.
I approach mental health with curiosity and care, believing that symptoms often carry important information about what the nervous system has been holding or managing for a long time. Clients often share that they feel heard, respected, and less alone in our work together. My intention is to support people in reconnecting with themselves and moving through life with greater steadiness and self-trust.
If you are feeling lost, confused, and unhappy with the direction life is going, let's work together to address what is holding you back. "Finding My Potential" is something you are seeking; then let's work on ways to cope with challenging thoughts, identify skills you can use to move forward, look holistically at habits/lifestyle, and develop a road map that gets you on the path you were meant for. It is important to note that this approach is based on a treatment session connected to techniques and actions you will do between sessions. I look forward to working with you.
I have a broad background in therapy, having managed and worked as a therapist in a variety of services. As an individual therapist, I have done the most work with teenagers, children, and young adults. I have provided individual counseling to adults, families, and couples. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, with a commitment to outcomes.

I am a creative, strengths-based, and empowering clinical mental health counselor who believes deeply in each person’s capacity for growth, resilience, and transformation. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Experiential Therapy, and Positive Psychology. I also work from a person-centered lens, prioritizing what matters most to you as we navigate your unique path toward healing and clarity.
I bring seven years of experience in crisis intervention, which has strengthened my ability to remain grounded, compassionate, and steady during life’s most challenging moments. As I transition into work focused on ongoing therapeutic relationships, I am excited to partner with clients who are ready to step into their growth, explore new perspectives, and become the best version of themselves.
As a Christian, my faith shapes my worldview, and I am comfortable integrating spirituality into the counseling process for clients who desire it. My goal is always to meet clients where they are, honor their values, and support their journey with respect and intention.
I look forward to empowering you to step outside your comfort zone, build meaningful insight, and cultivate the life you were created to live.
Hi. My name is Sheila and I am passionate about helping people. I have 10 years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds with a variety of concerns.
I bring more than clinical training to this work—drawing on two decades in supporting individuals to self-actualize through education, design, and community building. My approach is integrative, warm, and forward-looking. It’s practical and rooted in evidence-based practices like Internal Family Systems, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), expanded by psychedelic and existential frameworks, and grounded in the belief that safety and transformation begin from within.
